Where are you located and how far do you travel?

We are based in Fort Worth, Texas. Mobile services (notary, automotive, vending, in-person IT) are delivered across Greater Fort Worth. Insurance and TERP grant support are available throughout Texas. Remote IT support is available statewide and beyond.

How do you bill — hourly, per service, or by retainer?

It depends on the service. Notary visits and most mobile work are flat per-service. IT and automotive are hourly with written estimates. Ongoing fleet work is typically a retainer plus actual parts and materials costs. Vending is provided at no cost to your location — we own the machine and cover all maintenance and restocking.

How does the vending machine service work — is it really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, completely free. We own and supply the machine, handle all restocking on a regular schedule, and take care of any maintenance or repairs. You provide the wall space and the foot traffic. There are no fees and no maintenance calls for your team to worry about. Qualifying locations are generally offices, warehouses, shops, waiting rooms, and similar spaces with consistent daily occupancy. If you're not sure whether your space qualifies, just ask — we'll give you a straight answer.

Do you work with government agencies and grant programs?

Yes. We specialize in TERP (Texas Emissions Reduction Plan) application support. TERP is a first-come, first-served process that opens randomly every two years — and when it opens, the window is short. By letting us handle the work ahead of time, you do not have to monitor the portal or scramble when it goes live. We prepare everything in advance and work straight through until every application is submitted, no matter what time of day the process opens. In 2024 we completed 64 applications for 42 individuals within 24 hours of opening. In 2026 we completed 96 applications for 75 individuals within 21 hours. We are also familiar with the documentation requirements for similar equipment-replacement programs.

What happens if a TERP application is rejected or comes back incomplete?

This is exactly why the preparation matters. If TCEQ contacts you about an error after the cycle has closed, you generally cannot correct and resubmit that application — you have to wait for the next cycle, which opens roughly every two years. Some errors can be resolved directly with TCEQ; others require starting a brand-new application from scratch during the next round.
